Young Thug arrested for ‘terroristic threats’
Sandy Springs police and U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force serving an arrest warrant searched Jeffery Williams’, AKA Young Thug, house in relation to a terroristic threat charge.
Dunwoody police spokesman Timothy Fecht told the magazine that Williams was riding a two-wheeled scooter around the local Perimeter Mall on July 7 when he was asked by security guards to stop. Online jail records had no information on Williams’ arrest.
The rapper is working on quite the rap sheet, now that he’s been arrested on drug and weapons charges, as well as making terroristic threats. The newspaper also reports he’s a member of fellow rapper Gucci Mane’s record label, which is also based in Atlanta.
The Boston Herald reported that the incident happened while Lil Wayne was at his Atlanta Tour last April.
It is important to note that despite being named in the indictment Thugger and Birdman have yet to be charged in the incident.
Young Thug has had a tumultuous summer.
Lil’ Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, eventually dropped the lawsuit, but the tension between the two men continued.
Richie’s peeps say the cops were investigating Thug, but instead found Richie with marijuana and 2 guns.
Authorities allege Winfrey drove alongside the buses, opened fire and then tried hiding the Camaro he was driving. 40 caliber and 9 mm handguns, the indictment states.
Winfrey is accused of 30 counts of various crimes, including criminal damage to property, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm and violation of both the RICO Act and Street Gang Terrorism Prevention Act. Jeffrey and Bryan Williams were not charged in relation to the bus shootings.
