Youth Football Team ‘Whips’ It Up During Halftime With ‘Nae Nae’
Youth football players would rather you watch them “whip” and “nae nae” instead of watching them play the sport, apparently.
The Milford, Massachusetts PeeWee football team the Mighty Mites were playing a halftime exhibition game during a face-off between the Milford High and Oliver Ames football teams last Friday.
Keep doing your thing, Mighty Mites. When the marching band didn’t show up because of rain, the hit song, “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” by Atlanta-based rapper Silento, came over the loudspeaker. While a few children try to focus on the game, others just can’t resist the urge to dance.
Many parents welcome the opportunity to get their kids started in sports at a young age. Is there even still a game going on?
For those of still wanting to learn how to do the Nae Nae, you’ll find the official video below.
