Rawlings announced the finalists for all 18 Gold Glove Awards on Thursday morning, releasing the names of three players for each position in each league on its Twitter account. With the postseason winding down, the various awards will start being handed out to players across the league for their excellence both on and off the field in 2015.

Greinke is obviously a tremendous pitcher, but his hitting ability and defense makes him one of the best all around players in baseball. 953 fielding percentage, making just four errors in 86 chances this season.
Harper was down ballot with six Runs Saved in right field. Posey led all catchers with 17 Runs Saved, tying for the top spot with Mets rookie Kevin Plawecki, who had about 600 innings at the position. Molina had a 33.9 percent caught-stealing rate.
Winners will be announced November 10 at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
Mike Moustakas was not nominated for a Gold Glove at third. Neither has won a Gold Glove before.
Salvador Perez is a finalist for third time, having won the last two Gold Gloves in the American League at catcher. No Cubs were listed as finalists in 2014, either.
