Zelda: Breath Of The Wild – brand new trailer
The full E3 video is at the bottom of this post. Well you’re in luck amigos! Reggie Fils-Aime introduced the game at Nintendo’s live E3 broadcast this afternoon, and the trailer (which you can view below) shows Link handling all sorts of different weapons – including spears, axes and, of course, the legendary Master Sword. Thus, fans are expecting to get more into it. However, it’s not guaranteed.
We can’t promise that Nintendo has some secrets up its sleeve to unveil on Tuesday morning, but it would be utterly bewildering if the company came with only a single round in the chamber. The next entry in the Zelda series has been in the works since 2013, but it has been met with a couple of complications because of the developers’ desire to create the ideal Zelda game.
Besides the iconic “Super Mario Bros.”, there is perhaps no more famous and universally popular home video game franchise than “The Legend of Zelda”.
What that “more” might be, though, isn’t easy to pin down. “Pokemon Moon” and “Pokemon Sun” will be featured at E3 2016.”Pokemon Go” will have its own presentation Wednesday.
Many gameplay elements are being shown in the latest stream.
The title was originally due to have gone on sale in 2015, but was delayed to launch alongside a new console.
Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma says that Wii U and NX will get the “same experience”, although this sounds like it leaves room for a few differences.
With its Wii U console suffering from poor sales and now reaching the end of its life, the firm is treading water until it is ready to reveal its next-generation device.
The good news here is that the game is running on a Wii U, which is great news for gamers who were anxious of Nintendo cancelling this version.
You’re also encouraged to take weapons from the enemies – which have life bars – you kill and use them as your own. During the same six days, Nintendo experts will also offer guided game-play demonstrations on the big screen for fans to watch and enjoy. The female voice summons him to the Sheikah Slate – a tablet with a screen on it that will seemingly be Link’s version of the Gamepad screen. One can only hope!
The 3DS has received remasters for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask.
