Zsa Zsa Gabor Hospitalized for Lung Infection After Celebrating 99th Birthday
We’re told Zsa Zsa’s scheduled to undergo surgery to have her breathing tube removed.
Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed to the ER Monday…
The iconic actress just celebrated her 99th birthday on February 6, but it looks like there wasn’t anything too happy about the big day.
Doctors are said to have initially tried to cure the Moulin Rouge actress at her home by attempting to remove mucus from her throat.
The gossip site reports Gabor is suffering from an infection related to her feeding tube.
Her two late sisters, Magda and Eva, were similarly famous, with the latter notably starring on the mega-popular, farm-based sitcom “Green Acres” for six seasons from 1965 to 1971.
Zsa Zsa has not been seen in public for several years following her health complications.
She had previously clashed with Frederic over her mother’s care and finances for years and is said to have spoken to her attorney on the phone hours before her death in a bid to make a plan of action about what to do about her mother.
Von Anhalt said Gabor’s health was not bad for her age.
Gabor was active in Hollywood from the early 1950s through the 1990s.
She once famously summed up her extensive romantic life by saying:”Men have always liked me and I have always liked men”.
