Unless you’re up on conservative radio hosts, you may have never heard of the leader of RedState Gathering who rescinded an invitation for Donald Trump to speak at the group’s annual get-together Saturday in Atlanta.

The 10 leading Republican candidates faced off in a prime-time debate Thursday night on Fox News Channel. This year, the annual event features fellow GOP presidential candidates Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal, Rick Perry, Marco Rubio and Scott Walker.

And despite all that was fired at Trump nothing would stick.
