Microsoft announces Biggest Software Update Yet for Xbox One

Microsoft have been incredibly consistent in providing new features and updates for Xbox One users, and November marks the biggest update yet.

Microsoft has just revealed its future plans for the upcoming New Xbox One Experience update. The big new feature that the update will add to the Xbox One console is the ability to play Xbox 360 video games on the Xbox One at no additional cost. Gamers can now easily access everything via the Game Hubs, while sharing and socializing with friends is also now easier. The most noteworthy feature in “The New Xbox One Experience” is backwards compatibility, which was first announced at E3 this year. The update will also roll out Xbox One backward compatibility that has so far only be for Preview Members. By pressing left or by double tapping the Xbox button, you can instantly overlay the guide.

Previously, Microsoft has lifted the veil on its new Xbox One Elite Bundle.

Featured movies, shows and videos from your various apps will likewise be highlighted.
