Forgiveness is offered to all at any time
“Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular”. Any mention of these, will close his/her mind and ears, in a heartbeat.
Finally, I ask you to pray also for me, that I may have the grace and courage to be a faithful shepherd to all of you. 1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: “therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not”. And when he/she looks surprised or uncertain, tell him/her this…
Many people of his day looked up to him for healing, for relief from pain and suffering, and for deliverance from devil-oppression.
“We preach Christ crucified… the power of God, and the wisdom of God”. Every piece of me has a specific function when God created it. That is why you are so important. “By the empty tomb, Jesus proves that He is able to save you”. You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you can not interpret the signs of the times. If you read the back of the Bible, you will find out we win!
We also need to remember our need to be touched by forgiveness and mercy. We know from the faculty of conscience, for example, that God cares how we act and will judge us accordingly. “Not that we are adequate to think anything of ourselves, but our adequacy is of God” (2 Corinthians 3:5).
2) You do not know what God is doing in each life.
Cardinal Robert Sarah, 70, of Guinea, is the prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, and on September 23, he will present a keynote address at the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia. A life in Christ, after all, cannot live, or move, or have “being” while ensconced within polarized dens of fast validation, among agreeable, unmet “friends” whose reliable society prevents us from ever having to encounter an inconvenient “other” – in person or perspective – and see them not as a unit of sin, not as a model of oddity, but as a simple/complex human being, beloved of God. You’re learning a lot, you’ve met new and interesting people and you want to find out more about your new faith.
The world tries to tempt us to compromise our beliefs and values, to take the easy way out, and to set aside or at least water down our faith when it becomes too hard or inconvenient. He was hungry, the fig tree had no fruit, and Jesus was so pissed off at this he cursed the tree, and it died. Wasn’t Jesus all about love? “There are hundreds of passages that indicate the wrath of God is being stored up against those who commit such sins”.
Christian faith speaks confidently of sin’s destruction through the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Share with him/her, “What does all this mean YOU are probably thinking”.
Hear me, with God, it does not matter what the devil has said, what the doctor has said, what your bankers/ creditors has said, God can still turn it around and He will surly turn it around for you. What holds God from sending Christ to receive us is the same love that had Him send His only begotten Son to this earth – Jesus, the Christ. The Bible says, “Do not put your trust in princes”. Well, let me explain it to YOU. All four state it was very early on the first day. May our most merciful God bless you with every grace and spiritual and material good and bring you all safe to our final home in heaven!
I prophesy into your life in Jesus name that you will overcome your problems and enemies. You’re a Christian because you believe Christianity is true, not because it makes you feel good. First, he empowers his people with the Holy Spirit. Where your strength ends, is where God will just be starting.
God told Noah to build an ark. “I am a follower of Jesus Christ”, resolve in your heart that you will. Not because you’re a strong and wonderful person, but because of what Jesus has done for you and in you. However, Jesus did refer to his followers as “my Disciples”. In the same way, Jesus wants us to take the risk of truly living as His disciples-and He promises that doing so will lead us on a journey of self-discovery that culminates in an experience of everlasting freedom, joy, and peace.
