And reveal new song with Lorde
The song premiered on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show Wednesday afternoon just before the Friday release of Disclosure’s new album.
Lorde says that she feels as if she has chemistry with the brothers, since they are all relatively close in age.
“I feel like we’re navigating this weird world together where, like, we play a club, and they’re like, “well, you’re actually not old enough to be in this club”.
Disclosure’s new album “Caracal“, which features “Omen” as the lead single, is set for release later this week and there’s certainly no stopping the boys now as their schedules are filling up with performances, tours and appearances.
“Magnets” is just one of many collaborations gracing Disclosure’s full-length Caracal, which drops tomorrow.
“When Lorde came in, I had this idea about writing about the phrase ‘the point of no return, ‘ and originally that was going to be the name of the song”, the group’s Howard Lawrence recently told EW of the collaboration.
It’s the first thing we’ve heard from Lorde since she contributed to the Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt.1 soundtrack a year ago.
Howard Lawrence previously said that Lorde “turned up on her own, no management or bodyguard”.
