Prince Harry Steps Back Into Uniform to Surprise School Kids
Prince Harry left a pair of women in fits of giggles as he surprised students at The Duke of York’s Royal Military School in Dover on Monday.
Prince Harry was all smiles and adorableness today as he paid a surprise visit to the Duke of York’s Royal Military School in Dover. Girls were reportedly hugging each other as they jumped up and down screaming.
Bradley Benhan, 14, told PEOPLE: “People behind me were asking who it was, and when I told them, they wouldn’t believe me”.
The Duke of York Military School is a state-run boarding academy which focuses on strong military beliefs and qualities such as self-discipline, respect and sportsmanship.
He seemed to enjoy walking around the parade ground, stopping at intervals to chat to students and present the five medals.
But despite sporting his distinctive ceremonial uniform of the Blues and Royals regiment, a few students still didn’t realize it was actually the former Army captain himself.
“The army’s not for you?”
It is thought Prince Harry‘s visit ties in with his military links after dedicating 10 years of service to the Armed Forces, including a stint in Afghanistan in 2008. “Let’s talk about it”, the Prince replied. I want to go into the media into TV production.
