Apple Watch Arriving at Target Stores

If you’re anxious about finding a few insane bands in stores, fear not; all who make bands for Apple Watch are asked to adhere to the band design guidelines. Investor Place, meanwhile, has stated on Sunday, that Target will sell only selected models of the Apple Watch.

Major retailer, Target, has confirmed that it is taking in the Apple Watch. The lugs are stainless steel and stamped with “Made for Apple Watch“, but Apple has yet to make other colors, like gold, available for third-parties.

The product of Apple’s collaboration with the fashion brand Hermes, the Apple Watch Hermes went on sale today at a starting price of $1,100. Target will carry 20 different variations of the device in 38mm and 42mm sizes.

Online orders at Target.com will start on October. 18. The Best Buy deal brought Apple Watches to about 100 Best Buy stores initially and to BestBuy.com, according to an earlier eWEEK report. The nation’s largest electronics retailer is also carrying a few 50 Apple Watch accessories, including watchbands, screen shields, watch stands, chargers and more.

Best Buy was the first retail chain to sell the device besides the Apple Store.
