Lindsey Graham shows how to destroy a phone after Trump leak
Federal election regulators released new details Wednesday about Republican presidential candidate and celebrity businessman Donald Trump’s wealth and financial holdings, weeks after he estimated his net worth at roughly billion.
Fortunately, the Republican presidential candidate had several creative ideas on how to get ride of the old one. John McCain’s (R-Arizona) war record.
McCain served during the Vietnam War while Trump avoided being drafted.
Trump, in turn, was pissed at Graham’s characterization even as he rejected calls for an apology. “He should be ashamed of himself“.
Trump is still seen as a longshot for the Republican nomination, but his incendiary remarks have shaken up the early stages of the race, drawing attention away from other top-tier candidates like former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Florida Sen.
Drawing on history, he said Trump’s politics were like that of the “Know Nothings”, a political party in the mid-1800s that blamed Catholic Irish and German immigrants for America’s problems.
“Donald Trump’s candidacy is a cancer on conservatism, and it must be clearly diagnosed, excised and discarded”, the former Texas governor said ahead of the billionaire mogul’s visit to his home state, calling Trump’s presidential campaign “a barking carnival act”.
The two anti-gay Republican Presidential wannabes have been in-fighting, with Trump reading out the Senator’s personal phone number on live TV after Graham labelled him a “jackass”.
“It turned out I’m much wealthier than people thought”, Trump said. On Tuesday, McCain said he no longer will respond to Trump’s comments.
After Trump gave out the phone number on Tuesday, Graham immediately started getting thousands of calls.
“Don’t be a jackass”, Graham said. “But don’t be the world’s biggest jackass”.
The mailbox was full. Spokeswoman Brittany Bramell confirmed that the number was his.
Everyday, I feel like I’m hearing Mr. Trump attack another person personally.
A recent Washington Post-ABC News poll shows Trump with a commanding lead over his GOP rivals. The Kentucky senator predicted the GOP campaign will “get beyond the novelty of a reality TV star”. “McCain dedicated his life to serving our country, and in my humble opinion the sacrifices made by all ethical service members are heroic – putting it all on the line to defend freedom IS heroic – and Donald Trump is a hero in another arena”, Palin wrote.
