According to Corriere Dello Sport, Llorente’ agent has flown to London to meet the Gunners and will conclude a deal for his client if everything goes to plan.
It is not known what was discussed in the meeting with Arsenal officials.
Llorente is now surplus to requirements at Juventus following the summer arrivals of the likes of Mario Mandzukic, Simone Zaza and Paulo Dybala, and the striker will be allowed to leave if the Italian side’s asking price of around £8.5million is met.
Llorente it is believed, would prefer a move to Real over a switch to the Premier League.
