Trump releases ‘PROOF’ Kavanaugh is innocent – letter says claims are ‘NONSENSE’

Leading up to Thursday’s hearing, many conservatives have dismissed Ford’s accusations because they say it has taken too long for her to come forward or because they believe it is possible for her to have gotten some of the details of her alleged attack wrong over the course of decades. “She’s here just to say her piece and speak to Kavanaugh’s character and that’s it”. She claimed that he thrust his penis into her face and forced her to touch it when she pushed it away. This is a smear, plain and simple.

Along with the polygraph examination, Ford and her attorneys sent over four signed declarations late Tuesday from people she told about the alleged sexual assault over the years in hopes to support her claims.

Ford has said Kavanaugh friend Mark Judge was also in the room.

President Donald Trump selected Judge Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was a “swing” vote on the Supreme Court and often sided with liberal justices on key cases.

While Republicans want to move forward, they are mindful of the fallout if they do not take the accusations seriously. According to Trump, Senate Democrats, who he said would be attacking and opposing Kavanaugh even if the Federal Bureau of Investigation had cleared his name.

And on Wednesday, a woman represented by Mr Avenatti – who shot to fame as the lawyer taking on the president for porn actress Stormy Daniels – made another accusation of misconduct.
