Grassley interrupts Feinstein during her opening statement at Kavanaugh hearing
Ford has said Judge was in the room when Kavanaugh assaulted her in high school, a charge Judge has denied and said he has no recollection of. All three algorithms concluded that Ford’s responses did not indicate apparent deception, with one putting the probability that she was lying at.002 and another putting it at less than.02.
She said she is “100 percent” sure it was him. The allegations come from Julie Swetnick, who attended Gaithersburg High School in Maryland.

Ford testified that she and her family were forced to move out of their home as a slew of death threats came her way and reporters staked out her home.
He has denied the allegations by Ford and two other women who have also made accusations against him since the nomination was announced.
The Senate hearing could determine whether Mr Kavanaugh he will be confirmed to the lifetime job after a pitched political battle. “My responsibility is to tell the truth”.
Fox News Chief White House correspondent John Roberts tweeted that he received a statement from Kavanaugh who said Swetnick’s allegations are “ridiculous and from the Twighlight Zone”. Dianne Feinstein of California, asked how she could be sure that Kavanaugh was the attacker, Ford said, “The same way I’m sure I’m talking to you right now”. But she remained uncertain as to whether it was “absolutely” Kavanaugh who committed the alleged assault.
But it’s not just Kavanaugh’s words that matter – it’s the optics.
During his time fielding questions, Kavanaugh revealed himself to be a bitter, bullying, temper tantrum-pitching sack of entitlement-truly the flawless Supreme Court nominee to reflect the Trump doctrine.
Kavanaugh has adamantly denied assaulting her or anybody.
The all-male panel of Republicans are expected to defer most of their questions to a female lawyer, Phoenix prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, an experienced sex crimes prosecutor. And little is known about how she plans to approach the hearing.
After expressing concerns about her privacy earlier in the hearing, Ford told Sen. Will it spare Republicans any Anita Hill moments, or will it backfire? Democrats have demanded the nomination process be suspended until a full investigation into the women’s claims has been carried out.
