Ford has said Judge was in the room when Kavanaugh assaulted her in high school, a charge Judge has denied and said he has no recollection of. All three algorithms concluded that Ford’s responses did not indicate apparent deception, with one putting the probability that she was lying at.002 and another putting it at less than.02.
She said she is “100 percent” sure it was him. The allegations come from Julie Swetnick, who attended Gaithersburg High School in Maryland.

Fox News Chief White House correspondent John Roberts tweeted that he received a statement from Kavanaugh who said Swetnick’s allegations are “ridiculous and from the Twighlight Zone”. But she remained uncertain as to whether it was “absolutely” Kavanaugh who committed the alleged assault.

The all-male panel of Republicans are expected to defer most of their questions to a female lawyer, Phoenix prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, an experienced sex crimes prosecutor. And little is known about how she plans to approach the hearing.
