The Real Reason Behind Nina Dobrev’s Quitting ‘TVD’ was Ian Somerhalder
Nina, quit recently came up with her version of the story and that was she only wanted Elena Gilbert to stick around in ‘The Vampire Diaries’, for around six seasons.
But we found out that this was not the real reason why she quite the popular ongoing soap. Well, the only real reason why she decided to quit the show was because of ex, Ian Somerhalder, as it was getting was too weird for her to handle him before her.
Fans all around were unpleasantly shocked to hear about Nina Dobrev, 26, deciding to leave The Vampire Diaries, at the end of this ongoing season. Even though the reason which came in from her end was that she had only wanted to stay on the series for around six seasons, however fans around are already beginning to wonder whether her reason is something else! Is it because of her ex and her failed relationship with Ian Somerhalder, 36, made her take this step?
We now get to know the real reason and that is Nina was finding it was too awkward and strange to work around with him post their breakup and was to uncomfortable to handle it for her!

The reason is because after their split it was getting too awkward and embarrassing for Nina to be around with Ian, this is why since June she knew that she would finally quit the show and that this would end up being her last season. Her decision got way too firm after Ian and Nikki Reed last December got engaged. Things are not about bigger roles; it is only that it was getting way too rough for her to work with Ian on the sets practically every single day, after their split!
