Apple has a new plan to replace your dying batteries sooner

iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users can now download iOS 8.4, the long-coming software update promising bug fixes, performance improvements and, most importantly, Apple Music. There’s no sign of CD-quality streams on Apple Music, with the service set to offer 256kbps streams for its likely £10/month fee.

The new adjustment to the AppleCare+ terms and conditions affects all mobile OS devices including Apple’s new Watch, together with the already established iPad, iPhone and iPod devices. If you are carrying something, holding a steering wheel, or just touching the screen it is far easier if that screen is on the inside of your wrist rather than the outside.

Once Windows is booted on your machine, download and install iTunes 12.0.1.

On this day eight years ago, the iPhone went on sale in the U.S. and the history of technology was transformed forever. It has been reported that the new iPhone will borrow a few characteristics of the recently released Apple Watch.

The big question that a lot of people are asking is about jailbreaking. These may not involve hugely important parts of performance, but it means that things will run more slowly and the picture won’t be at its top level.

Jailbreak news has been moving quickly over the last week or so, with an iOS 8.3 jailbreak releasing last week and receiving multiple updates since then.

Since this article went live we have received confirmation that the iOS 8.4 release time will be 8AM PST, or 4PM in the United Kingdom. Esser doesn’t plan on releasing this jailbreak to the public, but he has a proof of concept iOS 8.4 beta 1 jailbreak, found right after the SyScan security conference.
