GOP hopeful Scott Walker offers health plan with tax credits
Governor Scott Walker unveiled his plan for replacing the Affordable Care Act early Tuesday morning, ahead of his first major policy speech in Minneapolis. “I said you need to enforce the law, which to me, is focusing on E-Verify”.
