British air show death toll likely to hit 11

No further victims have so far been found following the lifting of the jet involved in the Shoreham air disaster, police said.
Motorcyclist Mark Trussler, from Worthing, is missing, while fears have been raised over Daniele Polito, a father from Worthing who was travelling in the same auto as Mr Jones when the plane crashed.
His sister Marina appealed for information about what had happened to the former Worthing College student, but told people not to jump to the conclusion that he had died before the facts could be established.

In a press conference held at Sussex Police’s headquarters in Lewes this afternoon, assistant chief constable Steve Barry said: “The operation has now entered the recovery phase”.
A auto company, Chariots Chauffeurs, said it believed that one of its drivers, who was at the wheel of a Daimler wedding vehicle on its way to pick up a bride for her wedding, had been killed.
Authorities said the pilot – who was, against all odds, pulled from the wreckage alive – is in a coma. The aircraft was performing at a nearby air show but plummeted into traffic on the A27 after a stunt went wrong.
But Rafa stressed that both men were highly experienced pilots who would often swap the shows they performed at.
The Civil Aviation Authority said there have been 10 fatal incidents at United Kingdom airshows in the last 15 years, though Saturday’s incident was the first to involve anyone other than the aircrew.
Barry said that authorities have been mapping and recording the scene.
Air crash investigators and emergency services were continuing their search of the scene of the Shoreham Air Show crash on Sunday.
“There is a suggestion that, there’s still fuel in the aircraft and the status of the ejector seats suggests that there still may be some charge in them, so it’s obviously very important that that’s all made safe before the aircraft is moved”, Barry said. The A27 will need major repairs following the crash and could be shut for several days, he added.
