He was Maurice Abrahams, 76, from Brighton.
The plane involved was a 1950s Hawker Hunter, which failed to pull out of a loop and plunged nose-down onto the A27 as a crowd of people, including children, watched in horror.
Matt Jones was a personal trainer who was driving his BMW on the A-27 on the way to the beach to meet friends when the plane crashed onto the dual carriageway.
The jet will be sent to Farnborough in Hampshire where Air Accidents Investigation (AAIB) investigators will examine the wreckage.
Specialist recovery teams, made up of “dozens” of specially trained officers, are on the scene recovering bodies and investigating the crash.
A crane lifted part of the aircraft wreckage from the highway on Monday. Risk assessments for future shows will also be run to determine “if additional measures should be introduced”, the CAA said. Two of those killed are ninth-tier Worthing United footballers Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt, both 23.
“This helps families to understand what has happened to their loved ones, which is a high priority for us”. He served in Cyprus and Bahrain with the UN. We ask the media to respect the privacy of his family.
Local coroner Penny Schofield said identifying the victims would be a “slow and painstaking operation” that could take several weeks.
She said: “I don’t even know what is going on, but I am being strong for my son”.
The casualties were people traveling along the A27, some, it is believed, were heading for the air show, according to The Mirror.
Mr Grimstone’s mother Sue has called for acrobatic displays to be restricted to taking place over the sea to avoid a repeat of the tragedy.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said it was considering whether air show safety requirements should change.
Shoreham Airshow organisers have defended their safety record – as police warn the final death toll from the disaster could reach 20.
“Incidents of this kind are thankfully very rare and safety is, of course, always our primary objective”.
The pilot of the plane remains in a critical condition in a Sussex hospital.
The show’s programme also listed the name of the pilot of the crashed jet as Chris Heames.
No one inside the Air Show arena was injured.
Two amateur soccer players on their way to match on a summer afternoon were among those known to have died in the southeastern England crash.
It is not yet clear who the pilot was on that day.
