Amy Poehler Misses ‘Parks and Recreation,’ Totally Digs Chillin’ in the Emmys
Inside Amy Schumer, the Comedy Central sketch series created by comedian Amy Schumer won best variety sketch show at the 67th Emmy awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Schumer is best known for her television show, Inside Amy Schumer, along with her summer smash movie, Trainwreck.
“Man, we all had to get Final Draft once they picked up our show; we didn’t own it!”
Amy Schumer is at the forefront of that, as she’s a hilarious comedian who is usually on the receiving end of comments like “she’s amusing for women”.
Any Schumer is up for four nominations at the 2015 Emmy Awards, so it’s no surprise she chose to wear a seriously sexy dress for the big night! “I nearly made a stupid sex talk show that nobody wanted”, Schumer said in her acceptance speech, giving credit to the show’s head writer Jessi Klein who recently had a baby. I’m awful. I promise, I love Poehler and her years on “SNL” and “Parks and Rec” as much as the next person. She joked, “Honestly, I’ve been a groupie for years”.
“No, I was going to get laid either way.”
“I am the mother of two children and it is bar none the hardest thing I’ve ever done”, Falco answered when asked about a dream she’s achieved and is most proud of.
She also admitted that she is single at the moment, and dished on what kind of guy she is looking for. “Thank you to my team #emmys”. Amy wants a guy with “a deformity or something, so that I feel like he feels lucky”.
