Bella Hadid Is Training For the 2016 Rio Olympics!

Bella Hadid has been conquering the fashion industry on the biggest Spring/Summer 2016 catwalks, but the 18-year-old has revealed it’s not the only career she has in mind. The brunette Ms. Hadid-not to be confused with her older, blonder sister Gigi-is a 2016 Olympic hopeful who has been riding horses since the age of three.

When she’s not busy walking a few of the most high-profile runways of the fashion world, Bella Hadid keeps busy with her love of horses. “Yes, judgement on social media comes from people who, 99% of the time, have no idea what they’re talking about, but I’m human, and I’m not going to lie, I did let the negativity get to me a little”, Hadid wrote.

It is not yet known which equestrian events Hadid will compete in, but we’re definitely hoping she makes it to Rio to represent for Team USA!

At just 18, Bella is fast catching up with elder sister Gigi in the modelling stakes. But she also tells the magazine that she loves modeling too: “I am so happy to be doing this”.

In the interview Hadid quipped, “You know how every model is like, ‘I do yoga.’ Well, I find horses have the same effect”. Just recently she and Bella walked in the Tommy Hilfiger show and they looked gorgeous.

And earlier in the day Bella added Balmain to her accomplished list as she strut her stuff on the star-studded runway alongside the likes of sister Gigi, Kendall Jenner and Doutzen Kroes.

Gigi Hadid’s it girl status is pretty hard to argue these days.
