Bobbi Kristina Brown moved to hospice care
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of late singer Whitney Houston, has been moved to hospice care and placed “in God’s hands”, five months after being found unresponsive in a bathtub, her family said on Wednesday.
Bobbi Kristina had been receiving treatment at the DeKalb Medical Center, a long-term rehabilitation facility, following her earlier move from Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital.
Her family made the decision to move her to hospice care after a brain specialist told them she has “global and irreversible brain damage”, a lawsuit filed by Brown’s conservator said. We thank everyone for their support and prayers.
“Prior to 2012”, the lawsuit states, Gordon “held himself out to be Brown’s surrogate ‘brother.’ Then, after 2012, when Brown inherited a substantial sum”, presumably from her mother, Whitney Houston’s, estate, Gordon “assumed the position of Brown’s boyfriend”.
Another claim says Gordon physically abused Brown, “including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair”.
An explosive lawsuit by Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s conservator accuses her boyfriend of violent abuse before she was found unresponsive, and of stealing her money afterward.
Gordon is accused of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust enrichment and conversion.
Also active on social media is Cousin Jerod Brown.
The lawsuit alleges that Gordon would transfer large amounts of money from Brown into a bank account controlled exclusively by him.
After her mother’s death, Bobbi Kristina Brown was hospitalized twice because of anxiety.
In addition to several suggestions that Bobbi Kristina is dead, mixed responses surfaced over the meaning of hospice services. This row ended with Bobbi “face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out'”.
“We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don’t give up hope”, he wrote in a succinct message on his Twitter account. The lawsuit it seeking $10 million in damages.
A producer at The Insider tweeted a statement from Pat Houston, on behalf of the Houston family.
In the first public account of what is alleged to have happened, the lawsuit claimed that on Jan 31 Bobbi Kristina had a loud argument with Gordon.
