Chris Brown Accused Of Throwing Woman Off Tour Bus
The woman, who was not part of the shoot, says she was forcibly thrown from the vehicle when she refused to give him her cell phone, which she says broke during the reported scuffle.
TMZ reports that the incident occurred in Denver on Monday night, outside the Platinum 84 Gentleman’s Club.
Based on the alleged victim’s claims, she was forcefully removed from the bus after bringing her cellphone aboard, which was a big no-no among Brown, Fetty and Montana. There were strict “no cell phone” rules, because no one wanted video or photos secretly shot.
There is surveillance footage from the club which shows the woman leaving. The woman then returns to the bus and can be seen apparently arguing with persons in front of the obscured bus door.
In fact, nobody was arrested, despite the woman filing third-degree assault charges on Chris and his entourage.
Last week, Brown was granted joint custody over he and Guzman’s 1-year-old daughter.
Under the judge’s ruling, Chris and Nia will rotate custody of 15 month old Royalty every four days.
In 2009, Brown was convicted of felony assault in the US for a well publicized attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
But it is unclear if he will be able to enter New Zealand because of his troubled past. He was given an early release in June last year.
