Finally Chris Martin is the owner of a new home! Chris Martin now possesses a home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Multiple sources informed the Us Weekly that the new house is just across the street from his ex Gywneth Paltrow. The new home is modern but has a European artistic touch; a source narrated to the Us Weekly. The features of the house is much appreciable and is painted with white color all inside. Clean and aristocratic architecture is observed in Chris Martin’s domicile. The 37 years old lead vocalist of Cold Play’s new home is located directly across the street from his ex wife’s house.

Kids can visit both their parents home

The couple was together from 2003 to 2014, till they separated in the month of March. The new house allows kids of the couple, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, to spend time with both the parents whenever they want.

Another source familiar to the incident informed the Us Weekly that mother of Paltrow, Blythe Danner helped the singer to move into the new home. The cost of the new home was $6.75 million and sports 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. This was the site where Paltrow celebrated her 42^nd birthday on September 28.

In the courtyard of the newly purchased 7,700 square feet home, Chris Martin invited guests like Kate Hudson, Maya Rudolph, Nicole Richie and many more celebrities.
