‘DWTS’: Peta Murgatroyd Sidelined due to Injury, Andy Grammer Confirmed for

The singer-songwriter has joined the cast of Dancing With the Stars Season 21.

After checking it, she learned that she had 4 torn ligaments and a floating piece of bone at the back of her ankle. She will undergo surgery in September. The longtime couple told People they Wednesday at an “outdoorsy”, “simple” and “bohemian” ceremony in Boise, Idaho on Saturday.

Peta takes to Twitter to apologize to her fans, writing, “To all my loved ones and fans I’m so sorry for this heartbreaking news”.

Grammer is the eighth contestant to make their official casting announcement.
