Father of arson attack Palestinian toddler dies of injuries
A Palestinian health official said at least four Palestinians from the same family were killed and 13 people were wounded in the Gaza Strip Thursday by an explosion of Israeli military ordnance left over from last summer’s war.

Hamas, which dominates the territory and whose charter calls for Israel’s destruction, says it does not operate overseas, and it has shown little tolerance for Salafi movements in the Gaza Strip, occasionally fighting gun battles with their members.
The 50-day conflict killed about 2,200 Palestinians, majority civilians, and 73 on the Israeli side, mostly soldiers.
The West Bank barrier, along with checkpoints, roadblocks and permit system, has created a closure regime that has had a dire effect on all aspects of life for Palestine refugees.
