Kelly Rutherford refuses to send her kids to Monaco despite court orders

Though the youngsters reside full-time in Monaco, they have been allowed to spend the summer time with Rutherford in america, with the stipulation they return house to Europe on the finish of their monthlong vacation this week.

The lawyer’s statement added: “He is very concerned about the traumatic impact that Kelly’s behaviour will have on the children”.
