Muslims across the world celebrate Eid al-Fitr
For those 30 days, Muslims could not eat, drink or “do anything evil” while the sun is up. Besides, it is also their responsibility to inculcate among other members of the society that peace is the basis for all kinds of development.
Ramzan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting that is kept for spiritual purification. In the United States, the first day of Shawwal, which is marked as Eid al-Fitr, will begin on Friday. “May the blessings of Ramazan remain with all of you for the whole year”.
