New Poll: Hillary Clinton’s Favorability Rating Drops

Behind closed doors the Republicans are crossing fingers for a Clinton nomination.

Progressives are feeling the Bern.

Following her remarks at the New Hampshire Democratic Party annual convention, the Democratic presidential candidate appeared overwhelmed and energized by the reaction from the crowd – so much so, she did a happy dance with her supporters on the rope line. “We are a nation of immigrants and refugees”, he said, “and we can not forget what it means to struggle and toil and yearn for a better life beyond the next horizon”.

Clinton reiterated today her calls for UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon call together a meeting at the forthcoming UN General Assembly, being held in New York City next weekend, to pressure member countries to commit more money to the situation. Old school strategists may be failing to understand the power of youth in this race.

“When I announced my candidacy four and a half months ago, I think it is fair to say that a lot of people did not take our campaign terribly seriously”, the Vermont senator said. I think President Obama inherited a really big and unsafe mess and has, you know, been able to get us out of that ditch. We want, maybe even a non-politician to be president.

Her fiery, almost 45-minute address marked an effort by Clinton to turn the focus of her party beyond primary divisions, casting herself as the strongest contender for Democrats eager to maintain control of the White House. They may see it as selling out.

Polls show the public remains split over Obama’s 2010 health care law, which has been upheld by the Supreme Court and survived dozens of congressional votes to repeal it. One survey in August suggested that Americans are more concerned with consumer issues. If this trend is accurate, Bernie Sanders would not stand a chance. He’s been so open in talking about how hard this time is for him and his family.

Biden largely avoided leaving his fingerprints on the foreign-policy disasters of the Obama era. Regardless of his opinion, he failed to actually convey one and came across as uncertain. However, there are a few unsettling points about Hillary Clinton that fail to make her the best option as presidential candidate. Not only does this leave her time to rebound, it gives her an opportunity to enter primary season with some momentum and to bolster the narrative that she can effectively fight back when challenged.

Clinton arrived in New Hampshire Thursday for a three-day swing through the Granite state as she attempts to reclaim her once-formidable lead in the region.

So…Clinton knows to slyly shift right because her handlers are telling her that’s what she will need to do to win.

For many Republicans, the rise of new threats overseas and cultural changes at home are destroying America by shaking its foundation.

“They thought 26 was too many, and I think it is, and you probably should have something in between”, Pelosi added, referring to the marathon debate schedule during Clinton’s first run in 2008. But can he win?

The problem for Sanders is a demographic one.
