Quake hits Afghanistan, India, Pakistan
After the tremors panic spread in the natural disaster hit areas and people came out of house. As per the IMD, the quake’s epicentre was in Hindukush region of Afghanistan at a depth of 210 kilometres. Tremors were felt in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.
Incidentally, another high intensity natural disaster with a magnitude of 6.7 on Richter Scale hit the Solomon Islands at around 9.42 am on Monday.
There is an natural disaster reported with the epicentre as Afghanistan, tremors were felt in Delhi, India.
Natural disaster shook buildings in New Delhi on Monday afternoon. Anxious people called up their relatives and asked for their well being. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) has updated information on its website as regards the quake that hit Afghanistan.
No immediate loss of life and property were reported from anywhere in the city.
Tremors were also felt in Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and other parts of northern Pakistan. It also hit Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Jolts were also felt in adjoining areas of JK and Srinagar.
