The next iPhone’s battery will last longer
It’s possible that the model in today’s leak is only meant for testing and that Apple will include additional storage in its retail iPhone 6s, but we’ll have to wait until September-ish to be sure. For instance, no evidence of the Force Touch feature has come out yet-only speculations, albeit from reliable sources who reason that Apple is known to cascade its design and functionalities towards all of the offerings of its product lineup.
The new iPhone 6 will also be capable of shooting 4K video.
The company also developed a narrower and compact motherboard for iPhone 6S. The site says the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will have model numbers N66 and N71, respectively. The chip suggests Apple is sticking with Cirrus Logic audio chip, a Murata Wi-Fi module, and wireless power amplifiers from RFMD, Triquint, Avago and Skyworks in the rumoured next-gen iPhone. Now some iPhone 6S camera specs have turned up in a new leak, and although this news is unconfirmed it does tie in with previous rumors.
The iPhone rumor business is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year grind, but as we draw nearer to the actual release of new phones, the rumors tend to get more accurate. Though, Apple may be bringing some brand new internals especially with the introduction of Qualcomm’s new LTE chipset, as reported by 9to5Mac.
The iPhone 6S is now in category 6 in terms of speed and reduces network response time for the users to experience blistering performance and speed. The phone is also believed to have a 12-megapixel camera, a new Qualcomm LTE modem and an upgraded NFC chip from NXP. The upload speed will remain the same, with the download speed expected to be around 225Mbps, double the rate at which the current range of iPhone devices perform.
The most recent reports suggest that the so-called iPhone 6S will launch in the fall, around the same time as the release of Apple’s iOS 9 mobile operating system.
