Tonight’s ‘How to Get Away with Murder’ Premiere Will Be “Pretty wonderful”

1) Annalise Keating is the motherf*cking boss.

. The much awaited How To Get Away With Murder (HTGAWM) season two premiere.

Naturally, Annalise’s personal life is rife with drama. It’s revealed a lot about each of them and I think for this season, there is no ring on Mikaela’s finger for the right reason and… we’re definitely having fun with showing her be a single lady through the season and, I think, watch her come into her own more. Davis takes what could be a campy role and infuses it with intelligence, sex appeal, and caverns of emotional heartache. It’s not actually that insane of a reveal, but we knew so little about Laurel that a brief glimpse into her surprising oodles of money (and her fantastic chunky jewelry collection) made the introspective student so much more layered. And then, she’s got her hungry interns: the Keating Five.

Professor Keating encourages competition in her classes by holding a competition each semester for intern spots at her law firm. Still afraid, but definitely more confident in that fear – if that makes sense?

Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch): By the end of the season, naive Wes is just as conniving as Annalise.

Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) is the sexy gay one. Oliver is HIV positive.

Aja Naomi King is an actress to have on your radar, if she’s not already there. She seems like quite the formidable character. “It’s more about mysteries”, Nowalk says.

Asher (Matt McGorry) is the sexy bro.

Oh boy, are you ready for this?

The mysteries just keep piling up for How to Get Away with Murder season 2, and we are eager to start getting down to the bottom of at least a few of these. It might have been under Sam’s direction, but it was Frank that strangled her and threw her into the water tank. She paid a visit to Griffin’s fraternity house that night where the two did drugs together before hooking up. And there has to be some fallout from Lila’s and Sam’s deaths, right?

According to TV Guide, showrunner Pete Nowalk originally had no plans to kill off Rebecca. A drunk Sam discovers them and tussles with the students. She finally shared all the details, admitting that she did give Rudy PCP and another drug, called Purple X. Rebecca said he had seen her coming home wet and heard her and Lila arguing earlier so she felt she needed to shut him up.

In episode 1, Annalise will try to move on from what happened by taking on a new case involving a pair of siblings accused of killing their parents. Wes murders him by hitting him over the head with the Justice trophy. Other details about the character are still being kept under wraps.

A tie, between the big reveal about Annalise, above, and Rebecca turning up dead. I have to warn you: When you watch the first episode, have a friend to hold or a glass of wine to calm you down because I couldn’t even handle it when I read it. So I don’t know how people are going to be able to handle it when they see it. There are a lot of things that were left up in the air in the finale past year, and we dive back into all of it. You won’t have to wait long – it’ll happen pretty immediately.

With that being said, the only question I have is, who killed Rebecca??
