UCC Shooting: Father of Victim Speaks Out
Ian Mercer, the father of UCC gunman Chris Harper Mercer has told he has been left in a stupor and speechless after his 26 year old son’s shooting rampage at Roseberg, Oregon’s Umpqua Community College.

“There was so much screaming you knew it was serious”, she said.
“I ran to the edge of the campus, down a hill and waited”. After they stood up and gave an answer, he started shooting. Those security guards are unarmed, interim college President Rita Calvin told the newspaper. Anyone who identified himself or herself as Christian was shot in the head.
