Little Mix stir up charts with number one Black Magic
It gives the four piece their third Number 1 single after their X Factor winner’s single Cannonball back in 2011 and their first track post show Wings a year later in 2012.
Scottish synth-pop band Prides land at Number 24 with their debut The Way Back Up, followed by singer-songwriter Birdy, whose second studio album Fire Within (26) re-enters the Top 40 for the first time since 2013.
The quartet’s Black Magic has rocketed to the top of the new United Kingdom countdown with sales of over 113,000 in the past week and nearly 1.2 million streams.
Little Mix said: “We’re super-duper excited to be Number 1 with Black Magic – we never thought we’d see the day again”.
