`Bajrangi Bhaijaan` mints Rs.300 crore in India

For the past 13 years, Geeta has been living in Pakistan, but she refuses to call it her home.

“Bajrangi Bhaijaan” actor Salman Khan and director Kabir Khan have come forward to help Geeta, who has been stranded in Pakistan for the last 15 years.

The film stars Salman as a Hanuman bhakt who takes a little speech-impaired Pakistani girl under his wing and vows to see her home safely. She was later transferred to a women shelter run by Edhi in Karachi.

It now has just two members – Aamir Khan’s PK and new entry Bajrangi Bhaijaan, starring Salman Khan. Faisal draws a house on a piece of paper and hands her a pen. Also, she shares a great bond with “Dabangg” Khan and his family! I have my doubts.

The foundation activists persuaded Geeta to begin a new life in Pakistan by getting married to a Hindu boy. Humanity exists, after all. “Hindi films. India biz”, Adarsh added.

All we can do and are doing is create awareness about Geeta, like we did for Munni in my film.

Though Kabir Khan did not confirm the presence of Salman Khan during the festival considering the superstar’s work commitments, the filmmaker has assured that he will surely be a part of it.
